Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Procurement to lead and manage the procurement of materials for Water Supply and Irrigation EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong domain expertise in Water Supply & Irrigation projects and will be responsible for ensuring cost-effective, high-quality, and timely sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Water Supply & Irrigation Procurement Management
  2. Vendor Identification, Development & Evaluation
  3. RFQ Management, Tendering & Commercial Negotiations
  4. Contract Finalization & Procurement Documentation
  5. Logistics & Delivery Coordination
  6. Project Procurement Support & Inventory Planning
  7. Cross-Category EPC Procurement

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong domain expertise in Water Supply & Irrigation projects
  • Proficiency in vendor management, negotiation, and cost control
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP platforms
  • Sound understanding of contracts, logistics, and supply chain coordination
  • Analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Education:

  • Mandatory: B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • Preferred: MBA in Operations/Supply Chain Management
