Job Description:
Gravity Designers is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and construction, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the field.

- Oversee and manage construction projects at various sites in Gurugram and Faridabad
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve problems and implement solutions
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on site
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in site engineering or a related role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
