   • Experience: 5-15 years in construction planning, scheduling, billing, and quantity survey
   • Skills: Proficient in project planning tools like Primavera / MS Project, strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
2. Civil Engineers / Managers
   • Eligibility: Full-time Diploma (6-24 years) / Graduate in Civil Engineering (20 years) or ITI
   • Experience: 10-20 years in managing construction activities, overseeing concreting & reinforcement, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
3. Formwork Engineers / Managers
   • Eligibility: Full-time Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering or ITI
   • Experience: 5-15 years in advanced formwork systems for building structures, ensuring precision and safety
4. Finishes Engineers / Managers
   • Eligibility: Full-time Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering
   • Experience: 5-15 years in supervision of related trades and services, activity sequencing, and handling over works
5. Rebar Engineers / Managers
   • Eligibility: Full-time Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering or ITI
   • Experience: 5-15 years in preparing rebar bending schedules, supervising rebar cutting
6. Safety (EHS) Engineers
   • Eligibility: Full-time Diploma / Graduate in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and Diploma in Industrial Safety
   • Experience: 4-15 years in large-scale construction projects, implementing EHS management system, ensuring safety compliance, monitoring environmental risks, and conducting training & awareness programs

   • Experience: 5-15 years in developing and implementing quality plans, inspecting incoming materials, and conducting internal audits
8. Plant & Machinery Experts
   • Eligibility: Full-time Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering or ITI Maintenance
   • Experience: 5-15 years in installation, operation, and maintenance of construction equipment, ensuring efficient project execution
9. MEP Engineers / Managers
   • Eligibility: Full-time Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
   • Experience: 5-15 years in coordinating and executing MEP works (Electrical, ELCB, FPS, Lift, HVAC, BMS/ACs/FTF) at site, based on the requirements and with the planned schedules
10. HR Workmen Supervisor / Executive
    • Eligibility: Any Graduate / MBA in IR
    • Experience: 5-15 years in workmen mobilization in the construction industry, with capacity to mobilize more than 10k workmen through subcontractors for CSR & BP works
11. Accounts & Admin / IR Professionals
    • Eligibility: Full-time Graduate / Post-Graduate / ICWA from a reputed institute / university
    • Experience: 5-12 years in handling day-to-day accounts function at construction project site, interacting with internal & statutory auditors, reviewing compliance on service tax / VAT payments & co-ordinating on indirect taxes and statutory compliance
